விளையனூர் இராமச்சந்திரன் (பிறப்பு:1951) ஒரு புகழ் பெற்ற நரம்பியல் மருத்துவ நிபுணர் ஆவர்.தற்போது கலிபோர்னியா பல்கலைகழகத்தில் பேராசிரியராக பணியாற்றுகிறார்.தமிழ்நாட்டில் பிறந்த இவர் , ஸ்டான்லி கல்லூரியில் மருத்துவம் படித்தார் பின்னர் கேம்ப்ரிட்ஜ் பல்கலைகழத்தில் டாக்டர் பட்டம் பெற்றார்.
