எம்16 நீள் துப்பாக்கி (M16 rifle, அலுவலகப் பெயர்: Rifle, Caliber 5.56 mm, M16) என்பது ஐக்கிய அமெரிக்க படைத்துறையின் ஏஆர்-15 நீள் துப்பாக்கியின் தழுவலாகும்.[7][8][9][n 1] மூல எம்16 ஒரு "தெரிவு சுடுதல்", 20-குண்டு கொள்ளளவு கொண்ட 5.56×45மிமி நீள் துப்பாக்கியாகவிருந்தது.
