தெஹ்ரான் எட்டு

தெஹ்ரான் எட்டு (Tehran Eight)^[1] என்பது ஆப்கானிஸ்தானின் கசாரா இனக்குழுக்களின் கூட்டமைப்பாகும். இவர்கள் ஆப்கான் சோவியத் போரின் போது ஆப்கானிஸ்தான் மக்கள் ஜனநாயகக் கட்சிக்கு எதிரான நோக்குடன் சோவியத் படைகளுக்கு ஆதரவாகச் செயல்பட்டனர். இவர்கள் ஷியா போரளிகள் ஆவர். இவர்களுக்கு ஈரான் நாடு உதவி செய்தது. இக்கூட்டமைப்பே பாக்கிஸ்தான் ஆதரவுடன் இயங்கிய பெஷாவர் ஏழு கூட்டமைப்பிற்கு அடுத்த பெரிய கூட்டமைப்பு ஆகும்.

"The first current was mainly represented in the 1980s by the Sunni Mujahedin tanzim based in Pakistan, the ‘Peshawar Seven’, and the Shia Mujahedin groups based in Iran, the ‘Tehran Eight’.
