வாக்களிக்கப்பட்ட நாடு

வாக்களிக்கப்பட்ட நாடு (எபிரேயம்: הארץ המובטחת‎) என்பது கடவுளால், எபிரேய விவிலியமான டனாக்கின்படி யாக்கோபின் சந்ததியினரான இசுரேலியர்களுக்குக் கொடுக்கப்பட்டது. வாக்குறுதி முதலில் ஆபிரகாமுக்கும் (ஆதியாகமம் 15:18-21), பின்பு அவருடைய மகன் ஈசாக்குடனும் அவருடைய மகன் யாக்கோபுடனும் புதுப்பிக்கப்பட்டது (ஆதியாகமம் 28:13)). வாக்களிக்கப்பட்ட நாடு எகிப்து நதியிலிருந்து புராத்து ஆறு வரை என விபரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது (யாத்திரையாகமம் 23:31).
