அங்கிதி
அங்கிதி ( இந்துஸ்தானி : अंगीठी அல்லது انگیٹھی ) என்பது தெற்காசியாவின் வடக்குப் பகுதிகளில், முக்கியமாக இந்தியா, பாகிஸ்தான் மற்றும் நேபாளத்தில் திறந்தவெளியில் சமையல் செய்வதற்கும், செய்த சமையலை சூடாக்குவதற்கும் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் ஒரு பாரம்பரிய '''அடுப்பு'' ஆகும். [1] அங்கிதி அடுப்பு பொதுவாக நிலக்கரியை எரிப்பதில் இருந்து வரும் வெப்பத்தை வைத்து சமையலுக்கு பயன்படுகிறது.மேலும் இந்த அடுப்பு பயன்படுத்தும் போது, தீப்பிழம்புகள் இல்லாமல் வெறும் தீக்கங்குகளை வைத்தே சமையல் செய்ய பயன்படுகிறது. சிறிய மற்றும் அதிக அலங்காரமான அங்கிதி பதிப்பு கேங்கர் அல்லது காங்ரி என்று அழைக்கப்படும். காஷ்மீரில் உள்ள மக்களின் தனிப்பட்ட பயன்பாட்டிற்காக பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. [3]
