அணில் குரங்குகள்(squirrel monkeys) அல்லது சிறு குரங்குகள் சாய்மிரி (Saimiri) பேரினத்தின் ஒரு பகுதியாகும். இது அமேசான் காடுகளில் பரவலாக காணப்படுகிறது. துபிய மொழியிலிருந்து சாய்மிரி என்ற வார்த்தைப் பெறப்பட்டது, சாய் என்றால் குரங்கு என்றும் மிரி என்றால் சிறிய என்றும் பொருள்படும்.[2][3][4][5]
