==காலநிலை==
[[கோப்பென் காலநிலை வகைப்பாடு|கோப்பென் காலநிலை வகைப்பாட்டின்]] அடிப்படையில் பீர்சேபா நகரத்தின் காலநிலை சூடான வறண்ட காலநிலையைக் கொண்டுள்ளது. இந்நகரத்தில் பனிப்பொழிவு இடம்பெறுவது அரிதாகும். 1992இலிருந்து இந்நகரத்தில் 20, பெப்ரவரி 2015 அன்று முதல் தடவையாக பனிப்பொழிவு இடம்பெற்றது.<ref>http://www.ynetnews.com/articles/0,7340,L-4628929,00.html</ref>
