ஜோகோ இசுகந்தர்

ஜோகோ தஜ்ஜோனோ இசுகந்தர் (Djoko Tjahjono Iskandar )(பிறப்பு 1950) இந்தோனேசியாவினைச் சார்ந்த நீர் நில வாழ்வியலாவார். இவர் தென்கிழக்கு ஆசியா மற்றும் ஆஸ்திரேலியாவின் நீரி நில வாழ்வன குறித்து ஆராய்ந்து வருகின்றார். இந்தோனேசியாவின் மேற்கு ஜாவாவில் உள்ள பண்டுங் இன்ஸ்டிடியூட் ஆப் டெக்னாலஜியில் பயோசிஸ்டமடிக்ஸ் மற்றும் சூழலியல் பேராசிரியராக உள்ளார்.

1978 ஆம் ஆண்டில் போர்னியன் தட்டையான தலை தவளை (பார்போருலா கலிமண்டனென்சிஸ்) உள்ளிட்டப் பல தவளைகளை விவரித்துள்ளார்.[1] 2014 ஆம் ஆண்டில், நேரடியாகத் தலைப்பிரட்டைகளைக் குட்டியாக ஈனும் ஒரே தவளையான லிம்னோனெக்டஸ் லார்வாபார்டசினை முதன்முதலாக விவரித்துள்ளார்.[2] இவர் ஜாவா மற்றும் பாலியின் ஆம்பிபியன் எனும் புத்தகத்தின் ஆசிரியர் ஆவார். டிஜோகொய்சுகாண்டரசு எனும் வரிகளுடைய தண்ணீர் பாம்பின் பேரினமானது இசுகந்தரை பெருமைப் படுத்தும் விதமாகப் பெயரிடப்பட்டது.[3] மேலும் பல பல்லிகள் மற்றும் தவளைகளுக்கு இவரது பெயர் இடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
