  • internship with a stipend similar to GSoC program

It has been considered in the past. We did not add it to the budget specifically, but there is a proposal to use part of the GLAM budget to hire interns in summer months for GLAM activities.   • tutorial sessions and webinars for basic computing, image processing, article writing, improving language skills, researching for references, copyright education for wikipedians with various levels of experience

Once again, it would be made available at our office in Bangalore - a 100mbps connection aimed to support editathons etc. If there is any way of supporting in other cities without having our own office, do let us know how and will try to support.     • For example, machine translation between Indian languages and make them available under open source licences. Some Machine Translation tools among Indian languages are available in university labs.
    • Spelling and Grammar Correction Tools for Indian languages
