எம். சண்முகம் (M. Shanmugam) ஓர் இந்திய அரசியல்வாதியும், தமிழகத்தின் முன்னாள் சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினரும் ஆவார். இவர் 1962, 1967 மற்றும் 1971 ஆம் ஆண்டுகளில் நடந்த தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தல்களில், திராவிட முன்னேற்றக் கழக வேட்பாளராக விழுப்புரம் சட்டமன்றத் தொகுதியிலிருந்து, தமிழ்நாடு சட்டமன்றத்திற்குத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.[1][2][3]
