[[நியூ யார்க் நகரம்|நியூ யார்க் நகரத்தின்]] 48 ஆவது தெருவிலும், 51 ஆவது தெருவிலும் அமைந்துள்ள இக் கட்டிடத் தொகுதி 22 [[ஏக்கர்]] (89,000 [[சதுர மீட்டர்]]) பரப்பளவில் உள்ளது. இந் நிலம் ஐந்தாம், ஆறாம் அவெனியூக்களுக்கு இடைப்பட்ட பகுதியை உள்ளடக்கியுள்ளது.
