தேஜஸ்வி சூர்யா (Tejasvi Surya, பிறப்பு: 16 நவம்பர் 1990) இந்திய அரசியல்வாதியும், பெங்களூரு தெற்கு மக்களவைத் தொகுதியிலிருந்து தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்ட நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினரும், ஆர். எஸ். எஸ் அமைப்பில் உறுப்பினரும், கர்நாடக உயர்நீதிமன்றத்தில் வழக்கறிஞரும் ஆவார். பாரதிய ஜனதா கட்சியின் கர்நாடக மாநில இளைஞரணி செயலாளராக இருந்தார் பிறகு பாரதிய ஜனதா கட்சியின் இளைஞரணி தேசிய தலைவராக உள்ளார். இவர் தனது ஒன்பதாம் வயதில் வரைந்த ஓவியங்களை விற்று இராணுவத்தின் கார்கில் நிதிக்கு நன்கொடையாக வழங்கினார். இவர் தீவிர இந்துத்துவ ஆதரவாளராக அறியப்படுகிறார். இவர் பிராமணர் சமூகத்தை சேர்த்தவர். பசவனகுடி பாஜக சட்டமன்ற உறுப்பினர் ரவி சுப்பிரமணியா இவரின் நெருங்கிய உறவினர் ஆவார்[1][2][3][4][5][4][6][7][8][9][10][9][11][12][13][14][15][16]

இந்திய கட்சியான இந்திய தேசிய காங்கிரஸ், சூர்யா தன்னை துஷ்பிரயோகம் செய்ததாக குற்றம் சாட்டிய ஒரு பெண் வெளியிட்ட ட்வீட்களின் ஸ்கிரீன் ஷாட்களைப்[தெளிவுபடுத்துக] பகிர்தனார்.[17][18][19] இதைத் தொடர்ந்து, அவரது மக்களவைத் வேட்புமனு அறிவித்ததைத் தொடர்ந்து, சூர்யா 49 ஊடகங்கள் மற்றும் சமூக ஊடக தளங்களுக்கு எதிராக ஒரு தற்காலிக தடை உத்தரவைப் பெற்றார், அவருக்கு எதிராக எந்தவொரு "அவதூறு அறிக்கைகளையும்" வெளியிடுவதைத் தடுத்தார்.[20][21][22][23][24] ஏப்ரல் 2019 இல், சூர்யா மேலும் பெண்களுக்கான இடஒதுக்கீட்டை எதிர்த்ததாக அவர் ட்வீட்[தெளிவுபடுத்துக] செய்ததோடு, பெண்ணை துஷ்பிரயோகம் செய்ததாக கர்நாடக மாநில பெண்கள் ஆணையத்தால் வரவழைக்கப்பட்டார் (மகிலா காங்கிரஸ் அவர் மீது புகார் அளித்த பின்னர்)[22][25]. கேள்விக்குரிய பெண்ணின் வேண்டுகோளின் பேரில் ஆணைக்குழு பின்னர் வழக்கை கைவிட்டது, அவரும் சூர்யாவும் "நல்ல நண்பர்கள்" என்றும் எழுதினார்[26][27]. பின்னர் அவர் ட்வீட்டை நீக்கிவிட்டார்[28] பிறகு மன்னிப்பு கேட்காமல் பெண்களின் ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட பிரதிநிதித்துவத்தை விமர்சித்த டுவிட்டர் கீச்சு பதிவை நீக்கினார்.

ஜெயநகரில் தேர்தல் தோல்வி முஸ்லிம்களால் ஏற்பட்டது என்றும் எதிர்க்கட்சி காங்கிரஸ் ஒரு முஸ்லீம் கட்சி அறிக்கைகள் என்றும் குறிப்பிட்டதன் மூலம் முஸ்லிம்களின் பிறமயமாக்கல் முயற்சிகள் அரசியலமைப்பில் கூறப்பட்டுள்ள பன்மைத்துவத்திற்கு எதிராக சென்றதற்காக முன்னாள் பொதுத்துறை வக்கீல் பி.டி.வெங்கடேஷால் கண்டனம் செய்யப்பட்டன, வழக்கறிஞர் லியோ சல்தான்ஹா அரசியலமைப்பு சத்தியத்தை மீறியதற்காக எம்.பி.யை இடைநீக்கம் செய்ய ஜனாதிபதி ராம் நாத் கோவிந்த் மற்றும் துணைத் தலைவர் வெங்கையா நாயுடுவிற்கு அழைப்பு விடுத்தார்[7][29][30][31].

இந்தியக் குடியுரிமை திருத்த CAA சட்டத்தை பொறுத்தவரை, அண்டை முஸ்லீம் பெரும்பான்மை நாடுகளின் மதத் துன்புறுத்தலுக்காகவும், முஸ்லிம்களை மட்டும் ஒதுக்கி வைப்பதாகவும் இந்த சட்டம் இந்தியாவிலும் உலகளவில் முஸ்லிம்களாலும், மனித உரிமை சார்பு பிரிவினராலும் மதப்பாகுபாட்டிற்கெதிராக தொடர்ச்சியான போராட்டங்களைத் தூண்டியது. இந்த கட்டத்தில், டிசம்பர் 2019 அன்று, CAA சட்டத்தை 'பஞ்சர்வால்லா' மக்கள் மட்டுமே எதிர்க்கிறார்கள் என்ற அவரது அறிக்கை பலரால் கண்டிக்கப்பட்டது, ஏனெனில் இது பெங்களூரில் உள்ள பஞ்சர் ஓட்டும் ஏழை உழைக்கும் முஸ்லீம் மக்களைக் குறிக்கும் வசைச்சொல்லாகும்[32][33][34][35].

ஏப்ரல் 2020 அன்று, அரசாங்கத்தின் வேண்டுகோளின் பேரில், ஒரே ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட மதத்திற்கு (அதாவது முஸ்லிம்களின் இஸ்லாம்) மட்டும் தான் வன்முறை மற்றும் பயங்கரவாத செயல்கள் நிகழ்கின்றன என்று கூறும் அவரது ட்வீட்டை டுவிட்டர் சட்டப்பூர்வமாக அகற்றியது[40][47][48][49].

அக்டோபர் 2020 அன்று, ஜெர்மனியில் ஹம்பர்க் நகரில் இந்திய தூதரகம் நடத்தும் தொடக்க மாநாட்டில் தேஜஸ்வி சூர்யா பங்கேற்க வேண்டும் என்று அழைப்பு விடுத்ததை திரும்பப் பெற வேண்டும்[50][51] என்று ஐரோப்பாவில் வசிக்கும் இந்திய புலம்பெயர் அமைப்புகள் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்தனர்[52][53]. ஜெர்மனியில் வகுப்புவாத சித்தாந்தங்கள் மீது வலதுசாரிகளை மேலும் தீவிரமயப்படுத்தும் ஒரு தளத்தை க்கொடுக்கும் வகையில் இத்தகைய வகுப்புவாதம் பரப்பும் நபரை க்கொண்டிருப்பது அவர்களின் கவலையாக இருந்தது, அது பன்முகத்தன்மை மற்றும் சம வாய்ப்புக்களை அடிப்படையாகக் கொண்ட ஐரோப்பிய க்கோட்பாடுகள் ஆகியவற்றை அச்சுறுத்தக்கூடும் என்று தெரிவித்தனர் [54][54][55].
