I am Ulf Larsen from Oslo, Norway and mainly contribute to the Norwegian Bokmål/Riksmål version of Wikipedia. I served with the SLMM in Jaffna from 2003 to 2004 and I am interested in having contact with contributors from Jaffna as I may have some useful ideas about how the Tamil language Wikipedia could be expanded - if anyone are interested then mail me on ulflarsen at gmail dot com for more information.
