Hi, I am Ulf Larsen from Oslo, Norway and I am looking for contributors to Tamil language Wikipedia from Jaffna, Sri Lanka. If there is anyone that lives in or around Jaffna and edit here I would be very interested in having contact, as I have previously served with the Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission and know the place.
