புர்கான் முசாபர் வானி

புர்கான் முசாபர் வானி (Burhan Muzaffar Wani), எனப்படும் புர்கான் வானி, இந்தியாவிற்கு எதிராக ஆசாத் காஷ்மீரில் இயங்கும் ஹிஸ்புல் முஜாகிதீன் தீவிரவாத அமைப்பின் முக்கிய இந்தியத் தலைவர்களில் ஒருவர் ஆவார்.[5]இந்தியாவின் ஆட்சிக்குட்பட்ட ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் குறித்து சமூக ஊடகங்களில், புகைப்படங்கள் மற்றும் காணொளிகள் மூலம் காஷ்மீரி மக்களைக் கவரும் வகையில் இந்தியாவிற்கு எதிரான கருத்துக்களை பரப்பி வந்தவர்.[6][7] புர்கான் வானி 8 சூலை 2016 அன்று இந்தியப் பாதுகாப்புப் படையினரால் சுட்டுக் கொல்லப்பட்டார் [5] புர்கான் வானியின் இறப்பின் காரணமாக காஷ்மீரில் கலவரம் பரவியது.[8][9][10][11][12] கலவரத்தில் 7,000 பொதுமக்களும்; 4,000 பாதுகாப்பு படைவீரர்களும் காயமடைந்தனர்.[13] புர்கான் வானியின் இறப்பின் காரணமாக காஷ்மீர் சமவெளியில் தொடர் வன்முறை வெடித்தது[14][15] 53 நாட்கள் தொடர்ந்த வன்முறையால், அரசு பிறப்பித்த ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவு, 31 ஆகஸ்டு 2016 அன்று காஷ்மீரின் சில பகுதிகளில் விலக்கிக் கொள்ளப்பட்டது.[16][17][18]

வரலாறு தொகு

புர்கன் வானி, ஜம்மு காஷ்மீர் மாநிலத்தின்ம் புல்வாமா மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள திரால் பகுதியின் தாத்சரா கிராமத்தில் ஒரு பள்ளி முதல்வருக்குப் பிறந்தவர்.[19][20][21][22] புர்கான் வானி தனது பதினைந்தாவது வயதில் வீட்டைத் துறந்து, 2011ஆம் ஆண்டில் ஆசாத் காஷ்மீருக்குச் சென்று, பாகிஸ்தானை தளமாகக் கொண்டு, இந்தியாவிக்கு எதிராக செயல்படும் ஹிஸ்புல் முஜாகிதீன் தீவிரவாத அமைப்பில் இணைந்து, சமூக ஊடகங்களில் பிரபலமானார். புர்கான் வானி, சமூக ஊடகங்களில் இந்தியாவுக்கு எதிரான புகைப்படங்களையும், காணொளிக் காட்சிகளையும் வெளிப்படுத்தியதின் மூலம் காஷ்மீரில் மிகவும் பிரபலமானார். ஒரு காணொளியில் தெற்கு காஷ்மீர் பகுதியிலிருந்து ஹிஸ்புல் முஜாகிதீன் இயக்கத்திற்கு முப்பது இளைஞர்களை சேர்வதற்கு கோரிக்கை விடுத்திருந்தார்.[23] இதனால் தேடப்படும் குற்றவாளியாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட புர்கான் வானியைக் குறித்து தகவல் சொல்பவர்களுக்கு இந்திய அரசு ரூபாய் பத்து இலட்சம் வெகுமதியாக அறிவித்திருந்தது.[24]

இறப்பு தொகு

புர்கான் வானியுடன் மேலும் இரண்டு தீவிரவாதிகளை, கோகெர்நாக் பகுதியில் உள்ள பூம்தூரா கிராமத்தில், 8 சூலை 2016 அன்று பாதுகாப்பு படையினரால் சுட்டுக் கொல்லப்பட்டார்.[25]

இறப்புக்குப் பின்னர் தொகு

9 சூலை 2012 அன்று புர்கான் வானியின் சவ ஊர்வலத்தில் பெரும் எண்ணிக்கையில் மக்கள் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.[26][27][28] [29] புர்கான் வானியின் பிணத்தை புதைப்பதற்கு முன்பு, அவரது உடலை பாகிஸ்தான் நாட்டுக் கொடியால் போர்த்தப்பட்டதாக கூறப்படுகிறது.[20]

புர்கான் வானி இறந்த செய்தியறிந்தவுடன் காஷ்மீர் சமவெளி முழுவதும் வன்முறைகள் வெடித்தது. காஷ்மீர் பிரிவினைவாதிகளால் 70 நாட்களுக்கும் மேலாக போக்குவரத்து, வணிக கடைகள், பள்ளிகள் இயங்கவில்ல.[30][30] வன்முறைக் குழுக்களால், அமர்நாத் யாத்திரையில் கலந்து கொண்டவர்களின் முகாம்கள், அரசு அலுவலகங்கள், காவல் நிலையங்கள், பாதுக்காப்பு படையினரின் முகாம்கள் கல் வீச்சால் தாக்கப்பட்டது.[31] காஷ்மீரில் இணையதள சேவை முடக்கப்பட்டது. ஸ்ரீநகர் – ஜம்மு நெடுஞ்சாலை மூடப்பட்டது. மேலும் போக்குவரத்து வசதியில்லாததால், அமர்நாத் யாத்திரீகர்கள் சொந்த ஊருக்கு செல்ல இயலாது தொடர்ந்து பெரும் அல்லல் உற்றனர்.[32][33][34][35][36] அரசுப் பணியிலிருந்த 200க்கும் மேற்பட்ட காஷ்மீர பண்டிதர்கள் இரவு நேரங்களில் அரசு முகாம்களில் தங்கியிருந்தனர்.[37][38] 15 சூலை 2016 முதல் ஜம்மு காஷ்மீரின் அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களில் தடை உத்திரவு அமல்படுத்தப்பட்டது. மேலும் ஜம்மு காஷ்மீரில் அலை பேசி சேவையும் துண்டிக்கப்பட்டது.[39] காஷ்மீரில் 31 ஆகஸ்டு 2016இல் ஊரடங்கு உத்தரவு விலக்கிக் கொள்ளப்பட்டது.[16][17][18] இந்த தொடர் வன்முறையில் ஈடுப்பட்டவர்கள் மீது பாதுகாப்பு படையினர் சுட்டதில் காஷ்மீர் பகுதியில் எழுபதிற்கும் மேற்பட்டவர்கள் இறந்தனர்.[9][10][11][12] மேலும் 7,000க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பொதுமக்கள் காயமடைந்தனர்.[13][40] வன்முறையாளர்களின் கல்வீச்சில் 4,000க்கும் மேற்பட்ட பாதுக்காப்பு படை வீரர்கள் காயமடைந்தனர்.[13] இந்தியப் பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி, கொல்லப்பட்ட தீவிரவாத இயக்கத்தைச் சேர்ந்த புர்கான் வானியை, ஊடகங்கள் கதாநாயகனாக சித்தரிப்பது குறித்து கடுமையாக சாடினார்.[41]
