கோனசு போட்டிகசு (Conus boeticus) என்பது கூம்பு நத்தையாகும். இது கடல் நத்தையில் வயிற்றுக்காலி மெல்லுடலியில் கோனிடே குடும்பத்தினைச் சார்ந்ததாகும். [2] [3] [4]
கோனசு பேரினத்தின் பிற சிற்றினங்கள் போல இந்த நத்தைகளும் பிற உயிரிகளைக் கொன்று தின்னக்கூடியவை. விசத்தன்மை வாய்ந்த இவை மதர்களை "கொட்டும்" திறன் கொண்டவை; எனவே உயிருள்ள நத்தைகளைக் கையாளும்போது கவனமாகக் கையாளவேண்டும்.
விளக்கம் தொகு
இதனுடைய ஓட்டின் அளவு 15-40 மிமீ வரை இருக்கலாம். உடல் சுழல் துகள்களுடன், வரிகளுடன் அடித்தளத்தை நோக்கிக் காணப்படும். வெண்மையான ஓட்டானது கசுகொட்டை அல்லது சாக்லேட் பளிங்குடன், சுழல் புள்ளிகளுடன் காணப்படும்.[5]

இந்த இனம் இந்தியப் பெருங்கடலுக்கு அப்பால் மொசாம்பிக், சீசெல்சு மற்றும் மஸ்கரீன் பகுதியிலும், பசிபிக் கடலுக்கு அப்பால் ஜப்பான், இந்தோனேசியா, பிஜி மற்றும் ஆஸ்திரேலியா பகுதிகளில் காணப்படும்.
