அண்மை கிழக்கின் பாலஸ்தீன அகதிகளுக்கான ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் அவையின் நிவாரண முகமை (United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East) என்பது ஐக்கிய நாடுகள் அவையின் திட்டமாகும். அண்மைக் கிழக்கின் லெவண்ட் பிரதேசத்தில் வாழும் பாலஸ்தீன அகதிகளுக்கு கல்வி, சுகாதாரம், சமூக சேவைகள், தங்குமிட வசதிகள், சிறு கடன் மற்றும் அவசரகால உதவிகள் செய்வதற்கு 8 டிசம்பர் 1949 அன்று நிறுவப்பட்ட அமைப்பாகும்.[3][4] including legally adopted children.[5] இதன் தலைமையகம் அம்மான் மற்றும் காசாக்கரையில் உள்ளது. 1948 அரபு - இசுரேல் போர் காரணமாக இந்த அமைப்பு நிறுவப்பட்டது.

2019 முடிய இந்த அமைப்பில் 5.6 மில்லியன் பாலஸ்தீன அகதிகள் பதிவுச் செய்து கொண்டு, நிவாரண உதவிகள் பெறுகின்றனர்..[6]
இந்த அமைப்பில் பணியாற்றும் 30,000 ஊழியர்களில் பெரும்பாலோர் பாலஸ்தீன அகதிகள் ஆவார். சிறு அளவில் பன்னாட்டு ஊழியர்கள் பணியில் உள்ளனர்.[7]
ஜோர்டான், லெபனான், சிரியா, காசாக்கரை, கிழக்கு எருசலேம் மற்றும் மேற்குக் கரை பகுதிகளுக்கு வெளியே வாழும் பாலாஸ்தீன அகதிகளுக்கு, அகதிகளுக்கான ஐக்கிய நாடுகளின் ஆணையம் உதவி செய்கிறது. [8][9][a]இந்த அமைப்பு நிவாரண உதவிகளுக்கு, பல்வேறு நாடுகளிடமிருந்து நிதியுதவி மற்றும் பொருளுதவிகள் பெறுகிறது.

Persons who meet UNRWA's Palestine Refugee criteria These are persons whose regular place of residence was Palestine during the period 1 June 1946 to 15 May 1948, and who lost both home and means of livelihood as a result of the 1948 conflict. Palestine Refugees, and descendants of Palestine refugee males, including legally adopted children, are eligible to register for UNRWA services. The agency accepts new applications from persons who wish to be registered as Palestine Refugees. Once they are registered with UNRWA, persons in this category are referred to as Registered Refugees or as Registered Palestine Refugees.
