மலேசிய சட்டம் 1963
மலேசிய சட்டம் 1963 (Malaysia Act 1963, (1963 C 35); மலாய்: Akta Malaysia 1963 சீனம்: 1963 年马来西亚法令) என்பது ஐக்கிய இராச்சியத்தின் ஒரு நாடாளுமன்றச் சட்டம் (Act of Parliament of the United Kingdom) ஆகும். இந்தச் சட்டம் 1963 சூலை மாதம் 31-ஆம் தேதி செயல்பாட்டுக்கு வந்தது.[1]

Commonsஇந்தச் சட்டம் பிரித்தானிய வடக்கு போர்னியோ முடியாட்சி (Crown Colony of North Borneo), பிரித்தானிய சரவாக் முடியாட்சி (Crown Colony of Sarawak) மற்றும் சிங்கப்பூர் மாநிலங்களை; அப்போது இருந்த மலாயா கூட்டமைப்பு (Federation of Malaya) மாநிலங்களுடன் இணைத்தது. அந்தக் கூட்டமைப்பிற்கு மலேசியா என்று பெயர் வைக்கப்பட்டது.[2]

இந்தச் சட்டத்தின் விளைவாக, மலாயா கூட்டமைப்பு (Federation of Malaya) என்பது 1963 செப்டம்பர் மாதம் 16-ஆம் தேதி மலேசியா (Malaysia) என மறுபெயரிடப்பட்டது.[3]
1965 ஆகத்து மாதம் 9-ஆம் தேதி, மலேசியாவின் ஒரு மாநிலமாக இருந்த சிங்கப்பூர் மலேசியக் கூட்டமைப்பில் இருந்து வெளியேறியது. விடுதலை பெற்ற ஒரு நாடாக தன்னை மாற்றிக் கொண்டது.[4]
