இல்கான் அப்துல்லாகி ஓமர் (Ilhan Abdullahi Omar) (பிறப்பு அக்டோபர் 4, 1982) ஒரு அமெரிக்க அரசியல்வாதி ஆவார். 2019 முதல் மினசோட்டாவின் 5வது காங்கிரசு மாவட்டத்தின் பிரதிநிதி ஆவார். இவர் சனநாயகக் கட்சியின் உறுப்பினர் ஆவார்.[1]
