தாசுமேனியப் புலி அல்லது தைலேசீன்[11] (ஆங்கிலப் பெயர்: thylacine, உயிரியல் பெயர்: Thylacinus cynocephalus) என்பது தற்காலத்தில் அற்றுவிட்ட, ஊன் உண்ணும் பைம்மாவினங்களிலேயே மிகப் பெரியதாகும். இது தாசுமேனியப் புலி (இதன் அடிமுதுகின் கோடுகளின் காரணமாக) அல்லது தாசுமேனிய ஓநாய்[12] என்றும் அழைக்கப்படுகிறது. இது ஆத்திரேலியக் கண்டம், தசுமேனியா, நியூ கினி ஆகிய இடங்களில் காணப்பட்டது. இது புலிகளைப் போன்ற வரிகளும், கங்காருவைப் போன்ற தடித்த பின் வாலையும் உடையது.
