கோடாங் மாவட்டம்

கோடாங் மாவட்டம் (Khotang District) (நேபாளி: खोटाङ जिल्लाகேட்க ), நேபாள நாட்டின், கிழக்கு வளர்ச்சிப் பிராந்தியத்தில், மாநில எண் 1 –இல் அமைந்த பதினான்கு மாவட்டங்களில் ஒன்றாகும். மேலும் நேபாளத்தின் எழுபத்தி ஐந்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் ஒன்றாகும். கோடாங் மாவட்டத் தலைமையிடமான டிக்டெல் நகரம் ஒரு நகராட்சியும் ஆகும்.

கோடாங் மாவட்டத்தின் பரப்பளவு 1,591 சதுர கிலோ மீட்டராகும். 2011-ஆம் ஆண்டின் மக்கள் தொகை கணக்கெடுப்பின் படி, இம்மாவட்ட மக்கள் தொகை 2,6,312 ஆகும். கோடாங் மாவட்டம், கிராதர்கள் எனப்படும் இராய் பழங்குடி இன மக்களின் பூர்வீகமானது ஆகும். பிற மலைவாழ் பழங்குடி மக்களும் இம்மாவட்டத்தில் வாழ்கின்றனர்.
