மிசோ மகளிர் சங்கம் (Mizo Hmeichhe Insuihkhawm Pawl)(மிசோ மொழியில் "பெண்களை ஒன்றிணைத்தல்" என்று பொருள்படும்) என்பது இந்தியாவின் மிசோரம் ஒன்றிய பிரதேசத்தில் 6 சூலை 1974 அன்று உருவாக்கப்பட்டது. இது பெண்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் மற்றும் பெண்களின் உரிமைகளை ஆதரிப்பதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது.[1][2][3] ஒரே பாலின உறவுகளை சட்டப்பூர்வமாக்கத் தில்லி உயர் நீதிமன்றத்தின் 2009 தீர்ப்பைத் தொடர்ந்து, மிசோ மகளிர் சங்கம், மிசோரம் உபா பவுல், இளம் மிசோ சங்கம் (YMA) மற்றும் மிசோ மாணவர் சங்கம் ஆகியவற்றுடன் சேர்ந்து நங்கை, நம்பி, ஈரர், திருனர் எதிர்ப்பு கூட்டணியில் இணைந்தது.[4]
2013-ல், மிசோரம் சட்டப் பேரவையில் முன்மொழியப்பட்ட மிசோ திருமண மசோதா, மிசோ மரபுரிமை மசோதா மற்றும் மிசோ விவாகரத்து மசோதா போன்ற பல மசோதாக்களுக்குப் பின்னால் மிசோ மகளிர் சங்க பங்கு இருந்தது.[1] 2014 மிசோ திருமண விவாகரத்து மற்றும் சொத்தின் பரம்பரைச் சட்டம், விவாகரத்துக்குப் பிறகு மனைவிக்கு ஒன்றும் இல்லாமல் போகும் வழக்கமான நடைமுறையை ரத்து செய்து, மனைவி எந்தச் சொத்திலும் 50 சதவிகிதம் வரை வைத்திருக்க முடியும் என்பதை நிறுவியது.[2][5] 2018 சட்டமன்றத் தேர்தலின் போது, மிசோ மகளிர் சங்கம், அதிகமான பெண்களை வேட்பாளர்களாக நிறுத்த வேண்டும் என்று மீண்டும் அழைப்பு விடுத்தது.[6] மிசோ மகளிர் சங்கத்தினை பி. சங்குமியும் பின்னர் லால்த்லமுவானியும் தலைமை தாங்கி வழிநடத்தினார்.[7][8]

மிசோரமில், சூலை 6ஆம் தேதி மிசோ மகளிர் சங்கம் தினமாக அனுசரிக்கப்படுகிறது. இன்றைய தினம் தேசிய வங்கி விடுமுறை நாளாகும்.[3] மிசோ மகளிர் சங்கத்திற்கு 2016 நாரி சக்தி விருது வழங்கப்பட்டது.[9]
