சுதர்சன் வேணு
சுதர்சன் வேணு ஒரு இந்திய தொழிலதிபர் ஆவார்[1], அவர் தற்போது டிவிஎஸ் மோட்டார்ஸின் நிர்வாக இயக்குநராக பணியாற்றுகிறார். அவர் மே 2022 இல் இந்தப் பதவியை ஏற்றுக்கொண்டார்.[2] செப்டம்பர் 2023 இல், முன்பு சுந்தரம்-கிளேட்டன் குழுமம் என்று அழைக்கப்பட்ட டிவிஎஸ் ஹோல்டிங்ஸ் லிமிடெட்டின் நிர்வாக இயக்குநராகவும் நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.[3] முன்னதாக, அவர் சென்னையில் உள்ள டிவிஎஸ் குழுமத்தில் பல்வேறு நிலைகளில் பணியாற்றியுள்ளார், இது அவரது தாத்தா டிவிஎஸ் சுந்தரம் ஐயங்காரால் நிறுவப்பட்டது.[4][5][6]

ஆகஸ்ட் 2023 இல், திருமலை திருப்பதி தேவஸ்தான அறக்கட்டளையின் அறங்காவலர் குழு உறுப்பினராக சுதர்சன் வேணு தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டார்.[7] உலகப் பொருளாதார மன்றத்தால் 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டின் இளம் உலகத் தலைவர்களாகத் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளார்.[8]
ஆரம்பகால வாழ்க்கை மற்றும் கல்வி தொகு
சுதர்சன் வேணு பென்சில்வேனியா பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் மெக்கானிக்கல் இன்ஜினியரிங் மற்றும் பொருளாதாரத்தில் இளங்கலைப் பட்டங்களைப் பெற்றார். அவர் ஐக்கிய இராச்சியத்தில் உள்ள வார்விக் பல்கலைக்கழகத்தில் சர்வதேச தொழில்நுட்ப மேலாண்மையில் முதுகலைப் படிப்பைத் தொடர்ந்தார்.[9][10]
முதுகலைப் படிப்பின் போது, சுந்தரம் கிளேட்டன் குழுமம் மற்றும் டிவிஎஸ் மோட்டார்ஸ் ஆகியவற்றின் டை காஸ்டிங் பிரிவில் சுதர்சன் பயிற்சி பெற்றார்.[9][10]
தொழில் தொகு
டிவிஎஸ் மோட்டார்ஸின் ஹோல்டிங் நிறுவனமான சுந்தரம் கிளேட்டனின் குழுவில் கூடுதல் இயக்குநராக செப்டம்பர் 2011 இல் டிவிஎஸ் மோட்டார்ஸில் தனது வாழ்க்கையைத் தொடங்கினார்.[11][12] பின்னர் அவர் டிசம்பர் 1, 2011 இல் TVS மோட்டார்ஸின் துணைத் தலைவராக ஆனார்.[13] பிப்ரவரி 2013 இல், டிவிஎஸ் மோட்டார்ஸின் கூடுதல் இயக்குநராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார், பின்னர் முழுநேர இயக்குநராக பதவி உயர்வு பெற்றார்.[14]
2014 இல், சுதர்சன் வேணு டிவிஎஸ் மோட்டார்ஸின் இணை நிர்வாக இயக்குநரானார்,[15] மேலும் டிசம்பர் 2017 இல், அவரது பதவிக்காலம் அடுத்த ஐந்து ஆண்டுகளுக்கு நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டது.[16] விசி சர்க்கிள் வெளியிட்ட பட்டியலின்படி, 2017 இல், 40 வயதுக்குட்பட்ட இந்தியாவில் அதிக சம்பளம் வாங்கும் நிர்வாகிகளில் ஒருவராக இருந்தார், அவருக்கு ரூ.10.24 கோடி சம்பளம் வழங்கப்பட்டது.[17]
ஆப்பிரிக்கா, தென்கிழக்கு ஆசியா, லத்தீன் அமெரிக்கா மற்றும் ஐரோப்பாவில் டிவிஎஸ் மோட்டார்ஸின் சர்வதேச விரிவாக்கத்தில் சுதர்சன் வேணு குறிப்பிடத்தக்க பங்கு வகித்துள்ளார்.[18] மே 2022 இல், அவர் டிவிஎஸ் மோட்டார்ஸின் நிர்வாக இயக்குநராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.[3]
தனிப்பட்ட வாழ்க்கை தொகு
சுதர்சன் வேணு 2014 இல் வணிக குடும்பத்தில் இருந்து வந்த தாரா சாமை மணந்தார்.[19] இவர் தொழிலதிபர் வேணு சீனிவாசன் மற்றும் மல்லிகா சீனிவாசன் ஆகியோரின் மகன் ஆவார்.[20]
விருதுகள் மற்றும் அங்கீகாரம் தொகு
2012 ஆம் ஆண்டில், இந்தியா டுடே இதழின் 'நாளைய 37 இந்தியர்கள்' பட்டியலில் சுதர்சன் சேர்க்கப்பட்டார், அவர்கள் அனைவரும் 35 வயதுக்குட்பட்டவர்கள் மற்றும் அந்தந்த துறைகளில் மாற்றத்தை ஏற்படுத்தினர். இந்த பட்டியலில் அவர் 20வது இடத்தைப் பிடித்தார்.[21]
2016 ஆம் ஆண்டில் தி எகனாமிக் டைம்ஸ் மூலம் அவருக்கு கார்ப்பரேட் சிட்டிசன் ஆஃப் தி இயர் விருது வழங்கப்பட்டது.[22] உலகப் பொருளாதார மன்றம் 2023 இல் சுதர்சன் வேணுவை இளம் உலகத் தலைவராகக் கௌரவித்தது.[8] ஆகஸ்ட் 2023 இல், மணிகண்ட்ரோலின் இந்திய குடும்ப வணிக விருதுகளின் இரண்டாவது பதிப்பில் சுதர்சன் வேணு இந்த ஆண்டின் அடுத்த ஜென் தலைவர் விருதைப் பெற்றார். இந்த விருதை மத்திய அமைச்சர் பியூஷ் கோயல் வழங்கினார்.[23]
