மென்கௌஹோர் கையூ (Menkauhor Kaiu) பண்டைய எகிப்தின் பழைய எகிப்திய இராச்சியத்தை ஆண்ட ஐந்தாம் வம்சத்தின் ஏழாவது ஆட்சியாளர் ஆவார். இவர் பழைய எகிப்திய இராச்சியத்தை கிமு 2399 முதல் கிமு 2390 முடிய ஒன்பது ஆண்டுகள் ஆட்சி செய்தார். இவரது கல்ல்லறை சக்காரா நகரத்தின் தலையற்ற பிரமிடுவில் உள்ளது. இவர் கட்டிய நினைவுச் சின்னங்களில் முக்கியமானது தலையற்ற பிரமிடு மற்றும் சூரியக் கடவுளான இராவின் கோயில் ஆகும். இவருக்குப் பின் ஜெத்கரே இசேசி பழைய எகிப்தின் இராச்சியத்தின் அரியணை ஏறினார். இவரது தந்தை நியூசெர்ரே இனி அல்லது நெபெரெபிரே என கருதப்படுகிறார்கள்.
