சிவ சேனா (பாலசாகேப் தாக்கரே) (Shiv Sena (Uddhav Balasaheb Thackeray)[9][10][11] சமயச்சார்பற்ற, இந்துத்துவா கொள்கை கொண்ட மகாராஷ்டிரா தேசியவாதத்தை ஆதரிக்கும் கட்சி ஆகும்.[12][2]

சிவ சேனா கட்சியில் ஏற்பட்ட பிளவால், ஏக்நாத் சிண்டே தலைமையில் பெரும்பால சட்டமன்ற & நாடாளுமன்ற உறுப்பினர்களுடன் பாலாசாகேபஞ்சி சிவ சேனா கட்சி நிறுவப்பட்டது. மகாராஷ்டிரா முன்னாள் முதல்வர் உத்தவ் தாக்கரே தலைமையில் 2022ம் ஆண்டில் சிவ சேனா (உத்தவ் பாலசாகேப் தாக்கரே) கட்சி நிறுவப்பட்டது.[13] உத்தவ் தாக்கரே பிரிவு சிவ சேனா கட்சி சின்னமாக டார்ச் லைட் சின்னம் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டது.
