It was a great experience to be with this event. As mentioned above by தேனி. மு. சுப்பிரமணி., the success of the program can be rightfully attributed to the great leadership of Shree S. Nagarajan, the District Collector and Smt. Dr. Kavitha. Both Kanyakumari District and the UCE, Nagarcoil can be proud of their excellent leaders. My personal thanks to Shri. Nagarajan and Dr. Kavitha.

Through his enlightening speech, அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகம், திருநெல்வேலி மண்டலம் இயக்குநர் முனைவர் வே. சுந்தரேசுவரன் has proven that Wikipedia is here to stay and spread through the academies and educational institutions. His presence has showered glory to the whole program.

With users like தேனி. மு. சுப்பிரமணி., நா.ஸ்ரீதர், முனைவர். துரை. மணிகண்டன் along with வி. பி. மணிகண்டன், Tamil wp community can rest assured of befitting trainers for any number of aspiring wikipedia students. Within the constraints of limited time and interactivity, they demonstrated excellent tutorial skills. The community can now look forward to organize similar events in other parts of Tamil Nadu in association with the local administrators and institutes.

வைகுண்ட ராஜா turned out to be a pleasant surprise. A rather silent user, வைகுண்ட ராஜா, long experienced and well-versed Wikipedian can act as a hub contact for Kanyakumari District outreach programs interlinking several agencies.

Special thanks to சுகீஸ் from மலையாள விக்கிப்பீடியா for being there at the event and subsequent meetings and district exploration. He even took the trouble of taking leave from his office for two days for this sole purpose.

Vignesh Manikantan and his team (especially the girl students who did an excellent job of real time compère during the inaugural function and also facilitation of the training sessions), deserves special appraises.

சோடாபாட்டில் has been instrumental in bringing in the right set of trainers, as above, from Tamil Wikipedia community. Having become a new member in the Wikimedia India Chapter Executive Committee, this event has become a trendsetter for his arrival. Now on, he will definitely reflect more effectively between the chapter and the community.

Mr. T. Sowmyan, Executive Manager at Wikimedia India Chapter has meticulously followed up the whole programming and interfacing of the event from a chapter point of view. He took all efforts to make sure that the event will get maximum help from the chapter. It was his late hour efforts that brought in the Wikipedians mentioned above, expecially Vaikunta Raja.

Thanks to Shri. Tangarajan from the District Collectorate, Manikantan, Murugan, Kaliyappa, Rajendran and others who ensured a pleasant experience during the program, stay, exploration and public relations.

Thanks to Dr. Sreekumar, Chairman of the Excel School for inviting the Wikipedia team to their school at Thiruvattar and promising to work with several suitable projects that will enrich the Wikipedia mission.
