சிறந்த நடிகைக்கான சினிமா எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் விருது - தமிழ் (Cinema Express Award for Best Actress – Tamil) என்பது தென்னிந்திய திரைப்படங்களுக்கு ஆண்டுதோறும் வழங்கப்படும் சினிமா எக்ஸ்பிரஸ் விருதுகளின் ஒரு பகுதியாகும். இதில் தமிழ் (கோலிவுட்) படங்களில் நடித்த நடிகைகளில் சிறந்த நடிகைக்ககான விருதும் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
