சிறந்த இயக்குநருக்கான பிலிம்பேர் விருது – தமிழ் என்பது பிலிம்பேர் என்ற இதழால் 1972 ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் வருடாந்தம் தென்னிந்திய பிலிம்பேர் விருதுகள் பிரிவின் கீழ் வழங்கப்படும் விருதாகும். இவ்விருது தமிழகத் திரைப்படத்துறையில் சிறந்த திரைப்படஇயக்குநருக்கு வழங்கப்படுகிறது. இயக்குநர் பாலசந்தர் ஏழு முறை பெற்று இவ்விருதை அதிகமுறை பெற்றவர்களின் பட்டியலில் முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளார்.
